ToggleA sister company to MyFundedFX, the two firms have similar business models and frameworks. With a long history of enabling traders to flourish in the forex market, at the same time as upholding a tradition of distinction and success in the trading arena, MyFundedFutures is a natural progression, committed to empowering futures traders.
MyFundedFutures provide three different account sizes, each with both a Starter and Expert option – as you can see below. We advise you to look carefully at which will best suit your needs. Typically, Expert accounts require a higher profit target, but no scaling, which means you can trade the full number of contracts from your first day. Starter plans, on the other hand, have lower profit targets but do offer a scaling rule.
Starter accounts are also cheaper to start, but have an activation fee, which Expert accounts don’t. You can find out more about MyFundedFutures plans here to work out which plan is the best overall fit for you.
It’s worth pointing out that maximum withdrawals on Starter accounts are capped for the first two months, while Expert accounts have no maximum. The MFFU FAQ page goes into more detail on this.
You’ll be charged a $149 one-off activation fee when you qualify for funding on a Starter Plan, which needs to be paid before you can receive your funded account. Note, there is no activation fee on Expert Plans.
Should you need to reset your account on a Start Plan, if for example you breach a rule during the evaluation, then you can do so for $100 rather than cancelling your account and signing up again. This is a different reset from the monthly account resets with your subscription, which are an option for traders who don’t want to wait until the end of their billing period. This rule is also applied to the Expert Plans, with a reset fee that fluctuates from $165 to $375 depending on your account size.
MyFundedFutures is the leading trading evaluation platform in the industry. The 30K Static Account offers traders a fixed drawdown that never changes, allowing full payouts after 60 days (minus $1) without losing the account. This unique feature is designed for traders’ benefit.
Types of Accounts in the 30K Static Evaluation Plan
- 30K Static Evaluation Pro Account
- 30K Static Evaluation Standard Account
30K Static Pro Account The 30K Static Pro version is now available. This account maintains a maximum static drawdown of $2500, providing traders with greater confidence during both the evaluation and Sim Funded stages.
- Profit Target: $4200
- Contracts: Up to 2 mini contracts and 20 micro contracts
- Consistency Rule: None during Sim Funded stages
- Withdrawal Cap: $2500 for the first 60 days
- Payout Frequency: Every 14 days
30K Static Standard Account The Standard Static Account has been enhanced to better support traders.
- Profit Target: $2500
- Static Drawdown: $1500
- Contracts: Up to 1 mini and 10 micro contracts
These changes ensure traders are not limited by an end-of-day drawdown. The adjustments facilitate successful evaluation completion and a smooth transition to live accounts.
- Consistency Rule: None during Sim Funded stages
- Withdrawal Cap: $1500 for the first 60 days
- Payout Frequency: Every 14 days
Why Choose the Static Account?
The Static Account offers the best growth potential in the industry. By trading conservatively to build a buffer, traders unlock compounding potential. With a fixed drawdown, traders can stay in the market longer without worrying about trailing drawdowns.
Keeping Payouts in Your Pocket
Static Accounts are designed for traders transitioning to Sim Funded accounts. Once traders reach Sim Funded status, they don’t need to worry about buffers or consistency rules. Traders can trade $1000 for 14 days and then be eligible for payouts.
Features of the 30K Static Account
- No Consistency Rules: Traders can trade freely with the allowed lot size when their setup forms.
- No Payout Restrictions After 60 Days: For the first 60 days, there is a payout cap, but afterward, traders can withdraw the full amount, leaving only $1.
- No Activation Fees: No activation fee is required. Once the funding team reviews the account, trading can commence.

Once you’ve successfully completed MyFundedFutures 1-step evaluation, you will be eligible for funding and able to trade with real money. You can withdraw the first $10,000 of your profits, and after this benefit from a 90% profit share.
When trading with real funds and executing orders on the exchange, traders are required to cover the expenses associated with the real-time data feed, meaning that funded traders are responsible for the data fees charged by the following exchanges:
- CME
- CBOT
- NYMEX
- COMEX
The fee for each exchange generally ranges from $116 to $132, meaning the more exchanges you trade, the more expensive it will be. These expenses can add up significantly because prop account traders are classified as professionals. As you enter into a contractual arrangement with the exchange, you are required to pay the exchange fees using your personal account.
As with most other prop trading firms, your main choice of platforms is either Rithmic or CQG (Tradovate). Each platform has its own benefits and disadvantages, but since Tradovate was bought by NinjaTrader, there is a reasonable amount of crossover. Some traders appreciate the Tradovate software, while others prefer a NinjaTrader with Rithmic connection. If you’re not sure which would suit you best, firms normally advise using the CQG/Tradovate platform.
MFFU Prop Firm also allows you to use third party software, such as Jigsaw DayTradr or Bookmap, which can be connected both to NinjaTrader/Rithmic and Tradovate/CQG.
MyFundedFutures offers funded futures trading accounts that enable you to trade a wide range of futures contracts, including:
- CME Exchange (ES, NQ, RTY, MES, MNQ, M2K, NKD, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6E, E7, 6J, 6S, GE, HE, LE, MBT, MET, M6E, M6A, 6M, 6N)
- NYMEX Exchange (CL, QM, MCL, HO, NG, QG, RB, PL)
- COMEX Exchange (GC, HG, SIL, SI, MGC)
- CBOT Exchange (YM, MYM, ZN, ZW, ZL, UB, ZT, ZB, ZS, TN, ZF, ZC, ZM)
We outline the general rules below, but make sure you also head to MFFU’s website to read their specific rules.
- No consistency rule – you can pass in just one trading day
- Don’t breach the End of Day drawdown amount
- For Starter accounts, follow the scaling plan as below
For unexperienced traders, some of these rules may be a little bewildering at first, so we advise you to look carefully at MFFU’s FAQ page to be sure you know what you’re doing.
Scaling plan for Starter accounts (Expert accounts don’t have a scaling plan):
| $50,000 | $100,000 | $150,000 | |
| $ Profit Made: | Contracts: | Contracts: | Contracts: |
| Below $1,500 | 2 | 3 | 3 |
| $1,500 – $2,000 | 3 | 4 | 4 |
| $2,000 – $3,000 | 5 | 5 | 5 |
| $3,000 – $4,000 | 5 | 10 | 10 |
| $4,001 and over | 5 | 10 | 15 |
The overall rules for funded accounts are listed below. You can find further information on the withdrawal rules in Withdrawal section of this review. In short, Starter accounts have a scaling plan and Expert accounts don’t. However, for both accounts, the End of Day drawdown is limited to your initial balance plus $100. For instance, if you held a $50,000 account, your maximum allowable End of Day drawdown would be $50,100, irrespective of how much profit you earn.
Starter Accounts:
- End of Day drawdown is limited to your initial balance plus $100
- Scaling rules apply to funded accounts as well. Take a look at the Evaluation rules for the scaling plan
- No more than 40% of your profits can come from one trading day
Expert Accounts:
- End of Day drawdown is limited to your initial balance plus $100
- No scaling rules
- No consistency rules
- Funded account fees are charged
Starter accounts charge a $149 activation fee for each account (regardless of evaluation size), whereas Expert accounts do not. You should bear this in mind when choosing your account, as while you pay a smaller sign-up fee with Starter accounts, you will have to pay the activation fee once you pass the evaluation.
Here we clarify the key rules. For less experienced traders, some of this may seem a little confusing so we advise reading MFFU’s FAQ page to gain a comprehensive understanding of how it works and increase your chances of success.
Consistency Rule
The challenge phase does not have a consistency rule, but once you reach the simulated funded stage a 40% consistency rule comes into play. This means that the profits made from one trading day should not equal or surpass 40% of your overall profit. It’s worth noting that Expert accounts don’t have a consistency rule.
If you break this rule, you won’t be able to withdraw any of your profits. Your account will not be breached, but you will need to continue trading and generating profits until each of your trading days contributes less than 40% of your total profits.
Maximum Drawdown
MyFundedFutures has departed from the typical practice of imposing daily drawdown limits, offering traders a sense of ease without the burden of constant daily drawdowns impacting their accounts and peace of mind. Instead, MFFU have introduced a maximum End of Day (EOD) drawdown, fixed at 3%. Do be aware that the Max EOD is capped at $100 plus the initial starting balance.
For example,
- For a $50,000 account, the max EOD drawdown is $51,600
- For a $100,000 account, the max EOD drawdown is $103,100
- For a $150,000 account, the max EOD drawdown is $154,600
Contract Sizing
There are a limited number of contracts you can buy or sell at a given time for each account size, as follows:
- $50,000 account – 5 contracts
- $100,000 account – 10 contracts
- $150,000 account – 15 contracts
Regardless of whether they are micros or minis, the limits apply across both contract types. It’s important to note that this sizing does not include scaling. The Starter plan also includes a 1:10 scaling option for Micros.
Multiple Accounts
MyFundedFutures allows you to have a maximum of ten accounts. If you do not pass the evaluation for a particular account, that account won’t be included in your maximum number of accounts. For instance, if you have ten accounts and fail one of them, you can still open another account.
However, you can only have up to three simulated funded accounts and one live funded account at the same time. If you successfully complete another evaluation while you already have the maximum of three simulated funded accounts, the new account will only be created when one of your existing simulated funded accounts either fails or transitions to a live account.
During the first 45 days of Starter funded programs, withdrawals are subject to a maximum limit based on your starting balance and the max drawdown percentage. For example, a $50,000 account with a 4% max drawdown can only request withdrawals of up to $2,000 every fortnight. After the first 60 days, there are no withdrawal restrictions, so you can request uncapped payouts. Most other prop trading firms cap withdrawals based on your drawdown for 90 days.
There are no limitations on withdrawals for the Expert plans. The only constraint is that you can only request withdrawals on a fortnightly basis.
In summary:
Payout Amount:
The first $10,000 is kept entirely by the trader, and the trader’s subsequent profit share is 90%.
Starter Accounts:
For the first 60 days, the withdrawal amount is capped at the max drawdown of your account.
For instance, a $50,000 account has a $2,000 max drawdown, so withdrawals must not be higher than $2,000 for the first 60 days, after which you can request uncapped payouts.
Expert Accounts:
No maximum withdrawal amounts and no restrictions. Withdrawals can be requested from your first day as a funded trader.
Both Starter and Expert Accounts:
Withdrawals can be requested every 14 calendar days
- Pass the evaluation in just one day
- The first $10,000 of profit is kept entirely by the trader
- 90% profit share thereafter
- Use up to ten funded accounts simultaneously
- The company has extensive experience in the funding sector, with its sister company MyFundedFX being a prominent forex prop firm
- Expert accounts offer traders a high degree of flexibility, with no scaling or consistency rules meaning limitless opportunities to scale.
- Only futures trading offered
- Funded traders are classified as professionals, meaning higher monthly fixed costs for exchange data feeds
- Customer support and training opportunities are limited
Even when compared to leading firms in the prop trading industry, we believe MyFundedFutures to be a strong choice. It’s the perfect firm for traders seeking strong buying power to grow their trading careers, as well as those starting out in futures trading looking for a well-regarded firm with reasonable pricing. MFFU gives traders access to an array of trading platforms and the chance to manage as much as $600,000 in capital.
All in all, MyFundedFutures has built a professional futures prop trading firm and traders partnering with them will enjoy prime trading conditions in an optimal trading environment.

“EOD Trailing Drawdown” is a term used in trading to describe a method of measuring drawdown, which refers to the peak-to-trough decline in the value of a trading account or investment portfolio.
Example of EOD Trailing Drawdown
If you start the day at $50,000, your trailing drawdown will only increase if you end the day above the $50,000 mark. At the end of the day, your minimum account balance will increase. Otherwise, the minimum balance will remain the same.
- CME: ES, NQ, RTY, NKD, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6E, E7, 6J, 6S, GE, HE, LE, 6M, 6N, MES, MNQ, M2K, MBT, MET, M6E, M6A

- COMEX: GC, SI, HG, MGC, SIL, PL
- NYMEX: CL, NG, QM, QG, MCL, RB, HO
Yes, you can have a maximum of 10 active accounts at once.
If you have failed the evaluation for an account, that account will not be counted towards your maximum number of accounts.
For example, if you have 10 accounts and you fail one of them, you can still open another account.
Starter Plan
For the first 45 days, no withdrawal may exceed the dollar value of your max drawdown based on your starting balance. This means that a $50,000 account with a 4% max drawdown is only eligible to withdraw $2,000 after every 14 days. After the first 45 days, that account is eligible for uncapped payouts. Typically, most firms have a 90 day period where they cap withdrawals based on your drawdown. We have slashed that in half.
Expert
There are no withdrawal restrictions on Expert plans.
